Returns & Exchanges

At Bluenotes, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise with original tags. Items purchased online can be returned via mail or at any of our retail locations across Canada for your convenience.

Return Process

• 1.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 2.
  Generate a Return Label

  Log in to your Bluenotes account to request a return authorization and download a pre-paid shipping label to be affixed to the outside of your parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized Canada Post location; please keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
